Investigation

Understanding the root of the conflict is key. Surface-level interventions often serve to escalate a conflict. Our in-depth process speaking with key stakeholders confidentially, reviewing documents, policies, reporting mechanisms, etc.

Education

We also provide various conflict education options for leaders, managers, and employees--individually and as a group.  Our pedagogy leads to self-awareness, effective communication skills, better conflict responses, and a constructive mindset for future situations.

Report

We provide our clients with a thorough report on the investigation process and findings, and include recommendations.

Restorative approach

Once we understand the root of the problem, we work with our clients to identify an appropriate restorative process. Our menu includes circles, individual discussions, educational coaching and more.

Legal red flags

If the investigation raises potential legal liabilities, we promptly inform the client confidentially.

Ongoing Support 

We also offer follow-up sessions or check-ins with those involved to reinforce skills learned, ensure conflict resolutions are sustained, and provide additional support if new concerns arise.
