

Ana brings over three decades of nationally recognized expertise in workplace law, workplace conflict management, and the design and delivery of sexual harassment prevention systems. Ana is a creative and effective trainer, certified as both an EEOC Investigator and Restorative Justice Facilitator, who has led transformational efforts in complex workplaces. She has partnered with organizations such as Oxfam America, Futures Without Violence, the Urban Institute, Teachers College, Columbia University, NDLON, unions and private sector employers. Her approach integrates legal proficiency with culturally competent, evidence-based training methods tailored for diverse audiences including boards of directors, managers, and employees.

Ana has spearheaded initiatives addressing sexual harassment and building sustainable cultures of dignity, equity, and accountability. She has crafted multi-sector collaborations, developed curricula for popular education-based training programs, and published extensively on union responses to workplace harassment, including her recent book "Solidarity Betrayed: How Unions Enable Sexual Harassment—and How They Can Do Better."
